Union Road Traders Association presents Sips and Sounds, 2026
Are you ready for Sips and sounds to return in 2026?
Save the date for Saturday March 14 2026! We’ve got some great headliners on our stage for you to listen to! Don’t forget to sip on some drinks with some of the pop up distilleries or from our local pubs and dining and enjoy this great free community event to relax, listen to music and enjoy. Location: Union Road, Roseberry St and The Parade Ascot Vale
Rose Closures: Road closures during event day will occur from 11am to 10pm. Roseberry St and The Parade entrance from Union Road will be closed so please seek alternative routes.
Toilets: Please find accessible toilets at Roseberry St and The Parade.
First Aid: First Aid services will be on site

WHAT'S ON
We've got an incredible line up of stage acts that will be performing on the night. Find the Ready2Rock stage on Roseberry St and Patchos Parade Stage on The Parade. Listen to the smooth tunes of Miss Emilia Trio to the energetic tunes of Standing Room Only. We are pleased to welcome back some of the artists who performed at last year's Sips and Sounds 2025.

Kids activities:
SILENT DISCO We didnt want the kids left behind! They can dance and listen to some tunes with the kids silent disco sponsored by HQ Melbourne. We recommend this activity from ages 3 - 12 years old. This will run from 2 - 6pm.
FACE PAINTING Visit the Embrace Wealth Stall and meet the lovely team. They have kids face painting sponsored by Embrace Wealth. This activity will run from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
Find these kids activities at 2/200 Union Road in the old Spoilt building.
Pop Up Distilleries: Enjoy the tastings of Bakery Hill and Nubilum Distilling. A CBC Co Kombi bus will be on site serving up some drinks.
